Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper liners.
Mix sugar, oil, eggs. Add pumpkin and water. In separate bowl mix together the baking flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt.. Add wet mixture and stir in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Lavender Fields offers online design services by phone or email. We offer a basic design consultation which is free of charge. A basic design consultation includes a phone consult or email consult. During the consult we will discuss your project needs and get an overall idea of what you are looking to do.

Our next step is to Create the Design Plan. The Design Plan is by room and our fee is $100.00. The fee is used towards your purchase of $500.00 or more of Lavender Fields merchandise. The Design Plan will be created for the room of your choice and will include full design services from paint selection, furniture, bedding and accent selection. A Lavender Fields purchase is not necessary.

Personal Shopping
The Lavender Fields Designers are available to shop for your design needs. If we do not sell it we can find it for you. We specialize in art and antique acquisition. We can locate that hard to find item, put together a list of basics accents for your house, stock your beach house, prepare you for the holiday season, shop for your holiday gifts or prepare for the new baby. We charge an hourly fee for personal shopping.

If you are looking for more than just design assistance the designers at Lavender Fields are available for full design services.
